Fabric and Paper Sensory Boxes {Terrific Toddler Activities}

We went to a wedding recently and were given awesome favours in these great white boxes. I had to keep them as I knew they would be perfect for little sensory boxes. I chopped up all my extra fabric scraps, added some paper and popped them into the boxes.

Smushy loved it. I left them on the table for her to play with throughout the day and she kept coming back to them, doing some sorting, some scrunching and then moving on. It was a really cute little activity.

You could use any fabrics or papers you have on hand. Grab some boxes and you’re ready to go. No need for expensive equipment and easy to create and clean up.

    Love this idea. We’re big fans of pegs and pasta in milk cartons so definitely going to try this one over the weekend 🙂
